The motor moves the head back and forth many times a second. All you have to do is rest it on the muscle and move it slowly: the device does the work. Fit it with the gun switched off. To begin with, the round one is the easiest to handle.
Switch on at the lowest level
Start it before resting it on your body and leave the speed at the minimum.
Rest it without pressing
Place it on the muscle, never on bone, and let the weight of the device do the work.
Move it slowly
Travel along the muscle without stopping on one spot. A couple of minutes per area is enough; follow the times given in the manual.
Switch off and put away
Switch it off before lifting it from your body, remove the head and clean it if you have been sweating.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Clean the heads with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, and dry them before storing.
- Wipe the body of the gun with a dry cloth; do not wet it or use solvents.
- Recharge it with its own cable and do not leave it for months with a flat battery.
- Store it in a dry place, away from heat and out of the reach of children.
