In compliance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the owner of the website https://extrapy.com (hereinafter, "the Website") is:

Extrapy is the trade name under which Bluvia Water SL operates on the Website.

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, through which Bluvia Water SL provides information about its activity and sells at a distance consumer goods for the home, kitchen, DIY, garden, car, sleep, beauty, technology and family. The conditions applicable to purchases are set out in the Terms of sale.

Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with their content, please do not use the Website.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to make diligent, lawful and proper use of the Website, its contents and services, in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice. In particular, the user shall refrain from:

  • Using the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that is contrary to the rights or interests of third parties.
  • Introducing viruses or malicious code, or carrying out actions that could damage, disable or overload the systems of the Website or of third parties.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or data that does not belong to them.
  • Reproducing, copying or bulk-extracting content or data from the Website (including through bots or scrapers) without authorisation.
  • Impersonating another person or providing false information in the forms.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on the Website. Bluvia Water SL may suspend access for users who breach these conditions.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website (texts, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, source code, navigation structure and databases) is owned by Bluvia Water SL or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of such content without the prior, express and written authorisation of the owner is prohibited. Access to the Website does not grant users any rights over the content beyond viewing it and private, non-commercial use.

The photographs of products, boxes and recipes on this Website are illustrations created with artificial intelligence tools: the product you receive may look different.

IP geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0: we use its country database to choose the language of the front page.

Postcodes and towns: GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0, adapted by us to suggest the town of your postcode in the order form.

5. Disclaimer

Bluvia Water SL strives to keep the Website available and the information up to date and accurate, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or elements that could affect the user's computer system. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner shall not be liable for:

  • Damage arising from the unavailability or discontinuity of the Website for reasons beyond its control (network failures, maintenance, force majeure).
  • Errors or omissions in the content, which will be corrected as soon as they are detected. Product photographs and illustrations are indicative: the colour, finish or packaging of the product you receive may vary slightly.
  • Improper use by third parties of the content or data published.
  • Damage caused by viruses or harmful elements introduced by third parties.

Nothing in the above limits the rights that consumer protection legislation grants to buyers, which are detailed in the Terms of sale.

6. Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (for example social networks, maps or the carrier's tracking). Bluvia Water SL does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices; the inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship, approval or recommendation.

Linking to the home page and product pages of the Website is permitted provided it is done honestly, without misleading anyone about the relationship with the owner, without reproducing the content or displaying it within frames, and without associating it with unlawful content or content contrary to good faith.

Extrapy's social media accounts are additionally governed by the terms of each platform.

7. Customer reviews

The reviews published on product pages and on pages dedicated to a single product come only from people who bought and received that product on the Website. A few days after delivery (cash-on-delivery orders included), Bluvia Water SL sends the order's email address (or, when the order only has a phone number, a single WhatsApp message to that number) a personal, signed link that expires and only allows a review of the products in that order, once per product. Without that link no review can be published, and every review stays linked to the order line it comes from; that is why it is shown as a «Verified purchase», with its date, the format bought, the name and, if the reviewer leaves it, the town they chose to show.

No discount, gift or other benefit is offered in exchange for a review, nor for a favourable one. Bluvia Water SL does not change the text or the rating of any review. Before publishing one it only checks that it contains no offensive content, personal data, advertising or text not about the product; a review that breaks one of these rules is not published. A low rating is not a reason not to publish a review. The shop may add a public reply, shown separately and marked as such.

The average rating and the number of reviews of each product are calculated automatically from all published reviews, which are shown from newest to oldest.

Anyone who has published a review can ask for it to be removed by writing to info@extrapy.com.

8. Data protection and cookies

The processing of users' personal data is described in the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie policy, where you can also manage your consent.

9. Changes

Bluvia Water SL may amend this Legal Notice at any time to adapt it to legislative, technical or business changes. The version in force will always be the one published on the Website, with its last-updated date.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Vélez-Málaga, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
