The Lufthous O3 Small EVO3 is a home ozone generator: a small appliance that produces ozone and negative ions for the time you set on its timer. It is for anyone who wants to freshen the atmosphere of a bedroom, a study or a house that stays closed for long periods, and who will use it the way ozone is meant to be used: with the room empty and aired well afterwards.
A small, simple home ozone generator
It is a white box with rounded corners, the size of a large book and under a kilo, with a black glass panel on the front and an outlet nozzle on the side. It runs on mains power with a 1.80 m cable, and its power is 12 W. There is nothing to assemble: you put it in place, plug it in and set the time.
Touch panel and 5 to 30 minute timer
The panel has three touch keys: power, plus and minus. With them you switch it on, choose between its three operating levels and set the time, from 5 to 30 minutes, which shows in the red digits on the display. When the time is up, the appliance stops by itself, so you do not have to go into the room to switch it off.
To begin with, try the shortest time and the lowest level, and adjust afterwards to the size of the room and what the manual says.
Wall-mounted or tabletop ozone generator
You can stand it on a table or a shelf, or hang it on the wall. Choose a spot out of reach of children and pets, near a socket, away from heat sources and anywhere it could get wet, and with free space around the outlet. Before hanging it, check in the manual how it is fixed.

Empty the room
Take out people, pets and plants, and close doors and windows.
Set the appliance
Switch it on, choose the level and set the time with the plus and minus keys.
Leave and close the door
Do not stay inside while it runs. When the time is up, it stops by itself.
Air the room before going back
Wait as long as the manual says, open the windows and air the room well before anyone stays in it again.
Unplug it and put it away
Disconnect it from the mains and keep it out of reach of children.
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug it before cleaning. Wipe the housing and the panel with a dry or barely damp cloth, without abrasive products or sprays, and do not wet it or immerse it. Keep the outlet nozzle on the side clear. If you are not going to use it for a while, store it in its box in a dry place.
